2. Appointments & Cancellations

We value your time and our specialists' schedules. Please adhere to the following:

  • Punctuality: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
  • Cancellations: We require at least 2 hours notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.
  • No-Shows: Repeated no-shows without notification may result in a restriction of your ability to book online in the future.

3. Payments & Pricing

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. All payments are handled in-store after your service is completed. Some specialized services (like "Bleach and Artistic") may require a consultation and a final price confirmation before the service begins.

4. Shop Conduct

PhenTy Barber Shop maintains a professional and respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff or other clients.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection in every cut, PhenTy Barber Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. We use premium products, but please inform your specialist of any known allergies before your service begins.
